📦 Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancellation is 7 days from the date of delivery.

🔁 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 7 days

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

  • The shipment/package must NOT be opened

⚠️ Important:
Once the shipment is opened, return or refund will NOT be accepted under any condition due to hygiene and safety reasons.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products

  • Hygiene and personal care items once unsealed

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods or items with expired dates

  • Products mixed with other items after delivery

🚚 Return Process

If your order is eligible for return:

  • You must send the product back to us at your own cost and risk

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed only after we receive the returned product

  • In case of courier returns (RTO / undelivered orders), refund will be issued

  • Refund will be credited within 15–20 working days

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method
